Yeah, I'd go for Metalhead.
Feels more like a proper boss, especially because you don't simply just go up to him and flame him. He's even more challenging than Gnasty. I guess Insomniac just didn't know how to do bosses in the first game very well.

I think Metalhead was the best boss, but I liked Doctor Shemp's level most(followed closely by Blowhard's level, though he sucked as a boss *immaturely giggles*). Gnasty's battle was good enough to serve its purpose, though I didn't like Jacques.
The boss battle layout in this game is very unique. smilie

Blowhard had my favorite level aesthetics and level design. But I liked the actual Metalhead fight and the level music quite a bit. So I guess I would say Metalhead. <.<

metalhead. i like it when you ram the mini-robo-gnorcs. the sound is funny. try ramming them while they are about to throw bananas at you. they go FLYING.

The Toasty soundtrack always freaked me out! I liked the end when it got all happy and stuff... but I rushed through the level so it wouldn't start over again. X3

Metalhead is one of my favourites. It's fun to charge through the poles and I like the music in that level even though it doesn't really suit a boss fight.
I also like Gnasty Gnorc because it's fun to chase him down.
