No. I don't really picture who's posting unless I'm curious on how you look like. I try to come up with a image on how the person could possibly look like. I would need to know their age, though. If I don't, then I don't see any face when I see a post from that user.
If I already know how they look like(Because of Picture of yourself topic), then I just see the face of a user staring at a monitor.

Also, there's hardly a "Only one" in the world. We are very similar in many ways. Even in things we don't think we are.
