I have a hard candy addiction. I have to constantly have a candy in my mouth *twitch* So like, I have a huge bag of lemon hard candies.

Huh....try isolating yourself from them. And remember that for every twizzler you eat that's another 15 calories you put into yourself.

Get an elastic band,but it on your arm and any time you think of them pull and it may hurt but it did work for me when I was addicted to crunchie bars.
