I think we should have a section suited for music and the like.
We can even have it seperated by genre (classical/rock/pop/parody/etc) although we might have to limit it from songs that seem "inappropriate" for the forum.

Anyone else thinking this?

Well, there is a video game section that applies to all video games. I certainly think we could incorporate music as well.

Yeah. I also use "What are you currently listening to" a lot, but I guess someone could make a favorite music topic.

Not enough topics for music get made. So topics is all that's needed.
As Notes said, if it gets too popular then it can probably get it's own section. Maybe a Sticky topic.

We have a video game section because the Spyro games ARE video games. Spyro is not a musical artist, therefor we don't need a music section. Besides how many music topics do you even see aside from the odd 'What music genre do you listen to?' topic.

Even I don't think it's a good idea

I weed like a topic instead.

Idle Chatter and Stuff and Nonsense exist for a reason. And if you make a section for music, eventually people are going to want to have a section for movies, TV, books, and the likes, draining activity from those other two sections.

And I don't really think music is prominent enough on the forum to warrant its own section anyway.
