Based off of Mario party, but featuring your fellow users! Based primarily off of Mario Party 7, as that one's my favorite.
I have Slambam104 as my co host, and Parisruelz12 as the head of the minigame department!
For those of you who have never played Mario Party 7, or especially any of the Mario party games you shoud read through this here guide:
This is a board game type game, involving rolling of dice blocks landing on spaces, and of course, currency. You will be running on coins. Everyone will start with 10 coins. More important than the coins are the stars, which you can buy upon reaching the end of the board for 25 coins. The board is 45 spaces long.
The primary difference between this and Mario party is that you choose the number you role on your die, however you do not know what spaces there are ahead of you. I have a pre-designed board, and only the hosts may view the entire board, 9however as a player you could memorize what each space number is).
Each turn there will be a minigame, Winning a minigame gets you or your team 10 coins. Certain minigames will be different. These different types of minigames are called Duels, and battles.
In a Duel minigame, two users or teams will play a minigame, while wagering coins or stars that will go to the winner.
In a battle mingame ALL players will wager coins and will receive an amount of the wagered coins based on their performance.
To give the game extra flavor, there will be a variety of orbs. These orbs can be bought upon passing an orb shop (which I will tell you when), or upon landing on a "Free orb space" The effects of these orbs vary from increasing the range of numbers you can choose to roll on your die for a turn, to stealing coins from other players.
Well that's that.
Right now I plan to have 8 players in this (a feature exclusive to Mario party 7) There will be 2 players on each team. This means that you and your teammate may want to collaborate to decide what number to roll.
And guess what? I do plan on randomizing the teams! ( I love getting people to work together, lol)
As a final note: THIS IS A TIME COMMITMENT Probably not as big of a time commitment as that of Survivor, but still, if you sign up PLEASE be willing to commit to the game.
Once everyone has signed up I do plan to write a prologue
