Cool, maybe you should change the title to Wham Shell in stock because we get a lot of topic titles which look useful but are just unrelated questions.

Now, that's VERY strange. I guess they're actually producing more figures, since Darklight Crypt could be getting re-released.

It looks like Wham-Shell is indeed in-stock for ship-to-home online purchase at Toys R Us' website.
However, it doesn't look like Wham-Shell is among the figures that is eligible for the Buy One get 60% off One promotion.

I came across wham-shell at my local walmart today and im in there every day and low and behold a Wham-Shell appears on the shelf!

I found a VooDood at my local ToysRUs this weekend. It is hard to imagine that all these older figures are just springing up from old stock all of a sudden.

I paired Him with leg stealth elf and got both with shipping for about 23 bucks. Wham shell at checkout was only 4 bucks. So not sure if he did it the stealth elf did but I was able to get the deal

I did the same thing as you! I chose to pay in store to see if the will let me use two $1 off coupons from frito-lay. What a great deal!

Yeah, it's safe to say that one shouldn't order from Toys R Us' website if you'd like your item to be in collectable condition when it arrives in the mailbox.
Of course, in their defense (sort of), TRU is definitely a kids' store ... they're probably not even thinking that the recipient could want to keep an item boxed.
I open my Skylanders, so it's irrelevant to me, but it's definitely "buyer beware" if you happen to prefer keeping stuff boxed.

In my experience if you order 1 or 2 skylanders you get a bubble mailer and stuff gets messed up.... If you or 3 or more you get a nice box..

Ya if you want your figure in mint then order 3 or more and return the ones you don't need.

I don't have a local TRU or Target, so I've always had to order online for Exclusives. The only time they have shipped me an actual cardboard box was when I bought the Giants Wii Bundle.

Got my wham shell today surprisingly it was a very over sized box with lots of packing air pillows or whatever those things are lol

Maybe they know he's hard to come by so they added stuff lol. Or it could be cause i keep returning the broken ones they sent me since jan and they finally got the memo smilie
