Four toed feet which also end in black claws. Yellow eyes. About the height of Gollum from LotR

Description: Black with a gold underbelly gold wings with a dark red membrane (that's the fleshy bit right?) dark red crest and gold horns. He has a gold blade on the tip of his tail and is covered in golden spiral designs. About Spyro and the rest of the young dragon's size in his normal form, In his powered up form he's about Cynder's size (In her cursed form) you can choose whichever you want to do. He has purple eyes
Pose/Personality: If you decide to do his powered up form could you do the spiral designs and eyes sort of glowing and him breathing purple and black fire. In his normal form just standing side on with his head facing the camera.

Story: "What are we gonna do?" the Kiran's tail flicked side-to-side, worry clear in her voice. She gazed at the flat land before her and her dear friend, Ronan. The jungle-like terrain in which they lived was a ways behind them, for they had decided to leave the sights of other Kiran to meet up. Yara was quite pleased Ronan had thought of that idea, for she expected that the other females would push her around and teased if she'd won any fights yet - or worse try to attack her and she'd have to call her younger sister, Ila, over to save her hide. She knew Ronan felt sorry for her, but she refused to allow him to just offer to be her mate. She knew better than that! The males would all tease him for ages.
"What do you mean?" the bright yellow eyes of her friend blinked at her as he jumped up onto a nearby stone, his enormous tail twitching, "Oh, wait you mean-? About mating season coming up?"
"Well, yeah!" Yara blurted out, "If I can't fight to save myself, how am I ever going to win for mating rights!?"
"Settle down, my little butterfly, we'll think of something!" purred Ronan, a smile on his face, "I'm confident you'll do it this year."
"You say that every year!" pouted the thin female, "But every year I failed. I failed you and me both!"
"H-Hey! Don't get the waterworks started now! We're so close!" Yara felt his hand grab her arm and pull her close, and she opened her eyes to see him gesturing at the jungle behind them, "There's a lot of people in there, but you only gotta beat one. If it'll help any, you can ask your sister to teach you?"
"I tried. She was too rough," frowned his companion, "She wasn't even trying and she still beat me. She just went like this-" the Kiran broke away from her friend's arms and held up her hand with a stern expression, "-and down I went! She might as well have breathed on me and I'd lost." Ronan frowned, his expression turning from confident to more concerned as she continued, "It might just be a hopeless cause," she dropped her arm, her tail hitting the ground with sadness with tears threatening to break from her eyes, "I just can't do it. Even when I try my hardest, it's not enough."
"I'll teach you," said the male, standing up on the rock where he'd crouched, "You're gonna learn how to fight, and I'm not gonna let you back out of it now! I know you and I want this, and we're gonna work for it," he held out his hand to her, "Together?"
"..." Yara hesitated visibly, her hand half-raised and her eyes locked on his fingers. After a moment, she wiped her eyes and accepted his offer, getting pulled up onto the stone to stand beside him. She saw him flash his cutest smile, and she couldn't help but smile back, even if only a little. She doubted she would be able to do it, but for Ronan she would put her heart and soul into this training and pray that this time, things would be different.
