*K.A.R.R. rides along the dark and abandoned road, occasionally scanning his surroundings using his various sensory equipment. For now, nothing posed a physical threat to him. Nothing ever did.*

*Suddenly, a small detection came to K.A.R.R.'s attention. He detected a small object heading towards him. Not taking the information seriously, he continued at full speed towards the city, dismissing the object as a threat due to it's size and only detecting one human, possibly indicating a car. As the car came closer, a new wave of information received by his sensors delivered an alarm. Becoming irritated by the reoccurring presence of a harmless car, He ignored the alarm. In a state of prideful confidence, K.A.R.R. put all of his energy into racing down the road.*

*The alarm sounded again. The vehicle had become suddenly larger than earlier detected and the "car" emitted an all too familiar frequency. Now having his full attention K.A.R.R. slammed on his breaks. His tires cry a loud excruciating shriek as they are dragged along the rough asphalt, bleeding hot rubber into a long black streak.*

No! Impossible! *He shouts to himself. The "car" now only a meter in front of him, bathing him in an intense white light from its multiple headlights, is revealed as a large semi with one driver. With a deafening rumble, the semi lurched forward. Having no time to escape, K.A.R.R. turned as hard as he could to the right in an effort to avoid the towering truck. He rushed forward as the semi continued on it's unstoppable path. With a thunderous clash, K.A.R.R. was thrown into a spin as the front of the semi collided into his side. The semi emitted a powerful laser beam as K.A.R.R. was struck, rendering him senseless. He stopped spinning as he was thrown into the desert sand and fell with a crash to his left side. Slowly his circuitry shuts down. His amber scanner fading as the figure from the semi stood before the wreck known as K.A.R.R.*

You...*K.A.R.R. struggles to stay conscious, as the silhouette looms over him. With a final blink of his scanner, the figure's piercing blue eyes stare into K.A.R.R.'s lights he falls into his deactivated state...*
