From the looks of it, most of you only care about is just the avatars. What about the condition of the user doing all the hard work making those avatars for you? It's not just all about the avatars, you know, just saying.

Yeah, but he only really takes a minute per one. Then he uploads them here, and we can use them. Someone revealed the site he used once, and we could easily make our own on there, but Kappa has made them for longer, so they kind of look better.

But others have used different programs and made their own avatars from Scratch and put many minutes maybe even hours into theirs. On here do they get respect? Well quite, but a lot of other times they get dumped for copyrighted image edited ones instead :/.

Well if you are making avatars like how Kappa does, you actually can get copyrighted for using such images. Because to some companies/people it can be easily considered plagiarism. Due to the usage of an image that the user has not even made from them. Though I wish not to bring another fight on topic in fanart. Could we please take this in Pm or GB?
