Sued for copyright?

How?

Games which use figures to get characters in game are NOT copyrightable. The only part that is copyrightable is the characters/name themselves.

You can't sue someone for copyright other similar gameplay mechanics. If you could, how come there are so many shooter games around? Multiple football games. Etc etc.

At 9:00, I'll go to gamestop and get..

Preordered starter
Preordered disc pack
Preordered violet

Dash

(And my sister will get the sidekicks pack)

Then I'll go to target and get the playsets (17.50 each) and 2 power disc packs.

I dislike this game greatly, but I have some news to share for those who care.

Went into a store called Entertainmart today to shop through their used Skylanders. Anywaho, saw they already had some of the DI stuff out but with notes taped all over it saying "Not for sale until..." They had Randall, Francesco, Elastigirl, the Lone Ranger & Cars playsets, and some others, didn't care enoguh to look through everythign they had.

Honestly I didnt really care about this game until I learned that Jack Skellington and Sorceror Mickey were in this game. If Stitch or maybe a few others were in I'd be pretty happy. My brother preordered this game anyway.
