I'm not gonna say that Disney are plagiarizing, but I will say there better be a good explanation for having those three in their studio. People may say Skylanders took the idea from ub funkies, but at least those weren't found in Toy For Bob or anything like that. I'm just saying and they tried to come up with their own ideas and most of them really worked.

In other news my TRU has DI toys already just not for sale, i saw them sitting in 2 cart fulls in electronics they were unpacking them into the carts to roll in the back as per the employee. So ya stores have these things ready for those buying DI>

I don't see the scalpel, but they can be used for anything like cutting paper. They are there so they can use them as a reference. For example "This is the competition, how can we improve on it?" As I said in my previous post every company that designs and manufactures products has their competitors products in their R&D department. I know this as I worked for a company that made specialist tools and we had heap of competitors products lying around for reference.

Why are you all surprised didn't we already know they were copying? Besides all of their non-movie games are rip-offs of other games and this game will probably cost at least $50 more with figures than skylanders. Money adds up. *cue music* The more you know!!!

The thing is, as copycatterish as DI is, it does look like a good game. HOWEVER, the prices are WAY too high, so I will ask for it for Christmas, along with that Villains 3 pack (Randy Boggs, Syndrome, and Davy Jones, pretty good)

If you referring to that gill grunt looks wired it's just the shadow of the cable running behind the figures (from the PS3)
