Serge sighed and leaned his back against a tree trunk, crossing his left leg over his right, and cocking his foot. He shrugs.
"I don't usually travel with company. It's dangerous where I head. My old pack was real hostile around strangers and pretty cold." He turns his head and looks at the blue sky and the clouds floating by. "I travel as a loner now."

"I guess, but I don't know. I've traveled for so long on my own that I'm used to it. I plan to head toward Volcano Plains. I have a friend there who I said I would drop by and say hello to. You guys can join me if you want. I'm already behind schedule." He stands and begins walking toward the direction of the plains, looking back over his shoulder once to see if Jake and Jay were following.
