1.) No Dragon-Types Allowed.
2.) Rayquaza is Ubers, which is not allowed (minus the exception of Bash28)
3.) Catchphrase is um... well.
4.) Don't list your team, people WILL counterteam if you do that.

Heads up: Im not a competitive battlet, so I dont give a flying donkey about Ubers or Unders or EVs or IVs and that was really just my dream Dragon team. Hmmmmmmmmm is ze electric type still open 4 bizz? If so, then MagneZone, Electabuzz's evo, Raichu, Jolteon, hmmmm whats some other good electrics.... Think man... Ampharos, and..... Oh yeah that Eelectrik guy. Can someone tell me if theese are Ubers? I honestly dont know...
