They'e both completely different games. Although I would suggest getting either Black and Black 2 or White and White 2. If you get opposite games you'll end with 2 Zekroms or 2 Reshirams.

Black - Reshiram
Black 2 - Zekrom
White - Zekrom
White 2 - Reshiram

So if you got White and Black 2 you'd have 2 Zekroms.

Black - Reshiram
Black 2 - Zekrom
White - Zekrom
White 2 - Reshiram

So if you got White and Black 2 you'd have 2 Zekroms.
