How do we go about reporting a hunter for a wrongful gnorc? Do we send dark a PM or is there a form?

There is no form that I know of. You would probably have to PM Dark. Though if there was a wrongful gnorc, I'm guessing Dark and the other mods would know about it already.

There is a report list dark monitors regularly regarding gnorcing. If you believe that you were suspended without just cause I recommend contacting dark directly through private message.

How about wrongful deletion of a message? Screenshoot it post it and send to dark or just don't do it because it's not gonna prove anything but the user sending it being a baby about it?
