From the time the reshipper sent the package it took about 3 days to receive. I ordered the items on 7/19 and received it today 7/26, so not too bad

That's weird, are you sure you filled it all out and agreed to the ToS? I don't remember it bouncing me back to the registration page, but yes I did get an email after I registered


I sure did fill it out. I assumed that I hadn't filled it out correctly, so I filled it out a second time and the same thing happened. I'm also waiting on an email from Tenso.com after they check my credentials, so I at least have confirmation from them.

Weird, I'll try making a new account with a side-email and see if there's any issues and edit back here. Maybe try a different browser?

Did you see the item's size and weight there in the image too? It was a HUGE and HEAVY package that couldn't be sent by the regular parcel options. Unless there's a Skylanders pachislo[slot machine] you plan on getting then you don't need to worry about paying that much smilie

37.5kg = approx. 82lbs 10.75oz.
50cm x 46cm x 83cm = approx. 19.5" x 18" x 32.5"

I'm trying to use the tesco addy i got on tru japan but i keep getting an error when i enter in the address tesco gave me urgh.

Error message

Please enter in the full-width "Address 1"

Well I got it to work but i dont have my tesco account number on the shipping address, that was the only way i could get it to go, so anyone know how to add that to tru japan to make it take it.

Also i add bommer 3-pack and dark to cart and then it removes them...maybe sold out?

There are 2 lines for the address, just put it on the second line. That is what I did. Worked for me. I had the same address error. The full width error message. It is alittle tricky. Takes some trial and error to get it to work.

If they are being removed from the cart, then you might be clicking on the remove all button. The 2 buttons in the cart right under the list of items is update total on the left and remove all from the cart on the right. The proceed to checkout button is on the bottom. It is the right button.

lol that was prob what i was hitting then. I'll try to add the acct number to address two later thou i think that caused that one to have it says error address 2 width. I'll try in the am. ty thou

The easiest way to make sure it is correct it to cut and paste pieces of it from the address they give you on your "My Page" page. Once I did that it worked.
