I LOVE thunderstorms although I've had a few very close calls...

A few months ago lightning hit the neighbour's burglar alarm system whilst I was in my room which was about three meters away, the thunder clap was deafening!

Three years ago I was standing next to a metal pole that was struck by lightning, that same year a massive thunderstorm hit the electricity pole next to my car, sending sparks onto my car and the road.

I think my death will be by a lightning strike.

I love thunderstorms, but I'm dreading this one coming up to Scotland..last time we had a long heatwave, there was a 6 hour thunderstorm that fried the motherboard of our computer, modem and phone line.. T.T

You haven't seen Florida wheather than. Lightning has struck near my house. One time there was constant thundering and lightning which felt like nazis were bombarding my house.

A lightning bolt burnt down a tree in my neighbor's backyard when I was little. I've been terrified of thunderstorms ever since. It's one of my many reasons why I dislike summer. <.<
