Variant Master Quest Award Goes to... [CLOSED]

Wrecking Ball....both a S1 GITD variant and now a S2 Purple Metallic Variant.

Technially, we have a two way tie with Sonic Boom since she has both a GITD and a Glitter variant, but it was in the same year.

Has anyone else tied or exceeded these variant over-achievers?

There are quite a few.

Silver Eruptor S1 White Flocked S2
Gold Drill Sergeant S1 Red S1
Gold Flameslinger S1 Gold S2
Gold Chop Chop S1 Metalic Blue S2
Clear Cynder S1 Metalic Purple S1 GITD S2
Green Flocked Stump Smash S1 White Flocked S2
White Flocked L Prism Break S2 Employee S2

I thinks that's all the characters with multiple variants. So Cynder gets the win.

Good point; personally I was talking about the number of variants, but I guess this one would take the cake. Technically shouldn't be including characters not released yet though (but clearly demonstrates Activision's nutsy character release schedule).

I was about to say, LOL! Especially considering how NOT set the full set of characters is. Probably should stick with SSA and Giants only.

Also the standard ones are a given, so probably should rule out the plain S1 and S2 also. Okay, the Lostlanders didn't get a S2, but that means they also didn't get any variants in Giants, either, so they won't be winning anyway. Actually, the difference there is that omitting the standards will take away an advantage for the reposed, but it works out the same, getting rereleased gives them a boost anyway.

Also, from what I've read, S3 Stealth Elf IS Dark Stealth Elf, that they've decided it's too lazy/lame/confusing to stick with the Series 1, Series 2, etc. names, that the next series is having unique names, and "Dark" is the one for Stealth Elf.
