In my personal opinion, Unc likes to argue with anyone who isn't seeing things his way in life or acting the way he thinks people should act. I recall him acting high and mighty, as he stated he was waiting to see who would apologize for their skepticism about the latest batch of variants.

It's an uphill battle. Ask yourself this, is this uphill battle worth fighting? I'd personally rather fight an uphill battle that's worth my time. That's why anytime he tends to post in his token condescending tone, I just think of this -

His words are just dust in the wind..... dude. As are many who try and go on the attack here, whether it be towards me or others. Just gotta let it go in one ear and out the other. Treat words that mean nothing, like those who mean nothing, and ignore those fighting to get attention.

^ That, and it's important to remember that the person who gets the last word isn't automatically the winner of a debate. It's about who presents the most compelling, well-reasoned, and most of all, concise argument, not who keeps speaking the longest.

Not a single post has explained why you seemingly took no issue with unprovoked attacks against another individual, but have repeatedly gone out of your way to admonish me for commenting on it. Either you can't explain it or just don't want to.

The whole thing has been explained to you over and over and over again about twenty different ways by six or seven different people. Eventually one has to come to the conclusion the problem is on the uptake and not the delivery.

so lemme get this straight...

I and others tried to get through to you for 3 pages of this thread, more directly to your point from me post #128. If you are okay with that, then cool. Like I said, problem in the uptake. Lots of people understand "crazy non-logic" just fine, and many have explained it to you. You've just kept repeating yourself over and over as if it will magically make it right. Your original point was horribly flawed, therefore you were the aggressor.

C) Where'd the cases come from? Maybe I'm confused, but I'm not really familiar with the idea that someone has to reveal their source and shipping documentations to any random joe who sends them an e-mail on the internet. Honestly, Cindy should have just said "None of your business" to begin with.

Yes several reports, including members as stated in other threads. Based on their emails I personally suspect that there is something not right since they cannot keep their stories straight, but yes THAT is my opinion. Go ahead and defend a business that charges $25 for a common figure. I'm sure they have many happy customers, but that doesn't make scalping right.

I've been a registered member since last February and following threads here since this time last year. I feel I'm sufficiently up to date on what's going on here.

I've seen one post where someone posted a partial story with few details about a transaction with Cindysbeans. Am I supposed to take that one story over the other member's story? Over the perfect eBay feedback and dang-near perfect Amazon feedback?

I'll make you and Bahamut a deal: I'll give Bahamut the benefit of the doubt that he did not mean his comment in a misogynistic manner and apologize for accusing him of it if and only if Bahamut apologizes for spreading lies and misinformation about Cindysbeans and apologizes for posting what he believes to be her personal Facebook account and making derogatory comments based off of what could only have been a couple of her headshots (unless he somehow has access to more of her Facebook page than the general population). Since he made his comments first, he can apologize first.

I actually early on in the other thread said I think they are legit even before Chris acknowledged it, so I actually agreed with you for the most part. As some of the emails and interactions were posted , it did make me doubt whats going on there bit more. But I still don't like them scalping, that is a deal breaker. Price gouging isn't acceptable, ever. No amount of customer blaming will ever justify it. And it undermines their appearance as a legitimate business.

These businesses don't need your defense. I would hope the people on this forum know enough to realize that paying them $25+shipping for a Series 2 Spyro isn't a wise move. Those kind of deals go to grandmothers who don't know any better and they certainly don't read DarkSpyro. And those people are who the positive feedback come from.

Yup, their online store is extremely unreliable. Basically you don't order by character (regardless of them having multiple, separate listings!), you order by category.

Now watch i order from kmart and get a boomer....i'd love kmarts screwed up system forever then
