While it's not as impressive a find as what some of you have found, I thought I'd post it anyway. I came across Skylanders Giants: Master Eon's Official Guide at a local Target. It's not a bad little book, crammed full of info about the second game, as well as details of the Skylanders from the second series.

I went to three Walmarts Saturday and didn't see any.

My walmarts must suck. Just Flashwing, Trigger Happy, Sonic Boom, and Hex for the smaller figures. I was just looking for one that I had a variant of that I could use my frito lay coupon on but didn't see any.

Thanks to Dios, I now have Wham-shell.
I picked up Dino-Rang, Dark Spyro, and wrecking ball through Craigslist.
Lastly, thanks to my insatiable desire to complete my collection, I turned to eBay and picked up Voodood and Boomer. When boomer arrives, and my brother in law brings me wrecking ball my collection will be complete!

Then I will be saving my money to get all of the swap force characters for my daughters birthday in November.

I saved a lot of money by buying through Craigslist, so one character at a higher price was worth it to be done.

While browsing through Skylanders toys at Target I happened to notice a single Scarlet Ninjini on the counter! I decided to see if it was on hold for another customer, but when I looked to my right I saw a display that must have had 30 Scarlet Ninjinis on it! I was so surprised that I quickly grabbed one, not knowing how long the others would remain! I'm still Wham-Shellshocked!

Well, it was a complete Wii disc, Cynder, Jet Vac, G.T.R., portal, cards and codes all for $35. I will give someone on Ebay a great deal on a Wii starter pack and just include my extra regular Tree Rex instead of the Gnarly, so subtract whatever I can get for the regular starter pack and that's what it cost me.

Looked through my local Target tonight for any Skylanders. Absolutely nothing in the electronics department. Shelf warmers in the toy section as well. So I called it a day and went to look at Nerf guns with him. We turn the corner into one of the clearance end caps in the toy section and laying down on the shelf was this.....

This was pretty exciting for my Son and I to find one of these in the wild. I already had one, but I bought mine online. It was just cool to find one of the "forgotten 8" by ourselves.
