I finally found the bags and in the most random of stores, too!! Harris Teeter in Olney, Maryland. Harris Teeter is a supermarket. Found six bags of the flavor mix. Picked up the four bags that I needed, plus a fifth. Long story...

I went online and entered each code and payed for each figure one by one. First was Mini-Jini, followed Barkley and Thumpling. When I reached Eye-Small though, I came across a problem. PayPal would NOT let me do a fourth transaction (for security reasons)!! So I called up PayPal and after finally gettting through to someone (after the fourth or fifth attempt), they made it so that I can continue to make purchases. The problem was that I needed to restart the purchase in order for it to work, BUT I had already used my fourth code for Eye-Small! So, the next day I went back to Harris Teeter and bought a fifth bag, entered the code, and it all worked out until... I came to the page where it asks for your address. Frito Lay already thought that I had ordered Eye-Small, even though the purchase didn't go through on PayPal's end. Thankfully though, I was able to ship it to my grandfather's house. So, in the end, it all worked out and I will soon have all four Giantkicks!

By the way, all five bags had a card with the code and coupons on it. It was NOT printed on the bags.

Does the card have any pictures printed on it?

No...

Besides the Giants logo, no. The card just has the three coupons and the Giantkicks code.

Yes they found that I live to Canada and it said that the Zip code of the credit card was wrong... then my mom found a friend with a U.S card but the paypal paiment was now expired! Can I get my code back!?!?

No, you can't. I had that same problem with PayPal. Once the code is used, it is used for good.

Call their help number. It's on the bottom of the website. Don't tell them you live in Canada.

Any one know if the "10-12 weeks until you receive it" time frame was the same the last two years. Seems really long to me.

Last year they said 8-10 and it took mine 6.

I really wish my bags had more of a selection. I wanted the smart or regular but the only ones available were the purple ones and half those chips I don't like at all. I like the Cool Ranch and Spicy Doritos and the Cheetos and the rest I am going to just give away maybe down at some poor people donation place.

^ They only come in blue and purple, not green. If they were in the green ones, I would've gotten 2 green, 1 purple, and 1 blue, rather that 2 purple and 2 blue.

I've only seen the purple. I only like the Sour Cream & Onion Lays, Cheetos, and Barbecue Lays. Though I can just bring the rest to work and my co-workers will go nuts for the ones I don't like.

My daughters birthday party is this weekend so I'll put all the chips out for the party just like I did last year.

FINALLY found them; Cleveland,OH here. They had them at Giant Eagle and at an end cap at Acme over in Parma/Seven Hills.

Didn't see anybody scan the cards in for those wondering; it doesn't have any cool graphics on it like the ones from last year.



I've never seen that font used in anything before though. I'm an art major so I geek out over cool fonts..deal with it. But yeah..that $10 off the Swap Force starter pack is pretty rad. Hopefully stores will actually honor it and not try some bs about it on launch day.

Finally got my side kicks ordered---
I have a couple questions,..I've read some but still not sure so...
1) I know it's one set per address. I ordered a set through my PayPal. If I want to order another set to a friends house can I "check out as a guest" therefore using different name/address?
2) the bags I got have coupon printed inside of bag--directly on bag--are other people getting coupons too? If so is it an additional coupon?

I used the same PayPal account for both sets. I used a different email address and mailing address for each set. No problems doing it that way.

Just saying, but if you look at the $1 off coupon, it says it is used for one figure, but if you look at the back, it says it cannot be used for single packs. Did anyone notice besides me that a Single Pack is one figure?

Yeah, I saw that when I got my bags. They were just to lazy and used the same wording for all 3 coupons.

Safeway has TONS! $7 each with club card.

I found 2 at Walmart and they're only $6 each.

A friend gave me a code now I have a Thumpling ordered as well. I'll be getting another bag for a party in August so that'll get my fourth and final code to get Barkley.

Finally found mine in a southern oregon walmart $6@. Its the only place that had them in a 60 mile radius.

Ordered em up and sold the bags of chips to my friend for resale in his store.

We had talked about it, but he was still a little surprised when I dropped of 80 bags of chips ... Lol

In Roseville, CA, at a grocery store, Raley's (like an Albertsons or Safeway) a full end cap type of deal with dozens of bags. So, you can check standard grocery stores as well.

Ughhhh Noscript was blocking something and it didn't forward me to the paypal site, when I enabled it and went back it used up my sidekick selection and also used my code.

Has anyone else lost a code this way and did customer service redeem it? I'll call them tomorrow either way as a code should not get used up unless the transaction was finished.
Worst case scenario I can buy another bag of chips and have it sent to a relative (assuming they accept the same paypal but to different addresses), but that's just an unnecessary waste of time and money.

I kind of like the new system instead of mailing something in, but they definitely need to fix the bugs. I was also freaking out because ONE bag didn't have a card inside but only after dumping all the chips on the table did I notice the unlabeled code inside the bag.

Yes, they will give you a new code. But when you use it, use a different email address with it.
