This kinda goes along with my physical fitness topic forever ago, but it's in the title.

As for me, my fastest mile time is 6:49, and on an average day, I'll do a 7 minute something, so I guess I'm decently fast smilie

i can run a mile in 17 second and i can lift 18775 pounds i also have sharp claws i once cut through9 feet of concrete

I can run pretty fast, but I'm just too lazy to do so normally smilie (Plus I hate running with people watching)

I'm a slow runner now (due to falling down so much when I was a kid and injuries), but when I was a kid, I could run moderately fast.

So, Metallo.. Why do you keep comparing yourself to others all the time? I've seem you make topics about leadership and physican prowess, like you constantly wanted to tell people how good you are at something.
Others are not going to define you by your ablilities and achievements, I'm sure you know that.

I can run a 200m in 30.4.....which has gotten me lots of firsts and second places in track ^__^ i suck at long distances......so my mile is prob lIke 11. Something

I hate short distances, I always lose, on KM Runs though, I do 7:30-something, which is usually good enough to get me in top 3 smilie

I've never really thought about it, I just post those things when I think about them.....I've never thought of it that way. I guess I just wanna see how people are outside of dS.

Yeah, I used to be like that, too. You have to work on having a steady pace and maintaining it.

I'm like 10 or 11 minutes. Well that was a while ago. I normally prefer to go on my treadmill than actually go out to a track, mainly because I hate the outdoors.

Last year, I could barely run a quater of a lap on my school's track (which is almost a mile long iirc).

Im a sprinter, not a long distance runner. I have very, VERY sucky stamina.
I thinking of trying out for Tennis next year, but my middle school track caoch said i should do track again. But track makes my legs hurt D:

The material that tracks are made of are much easier on your shoes than a treadmill. Besides, a treadmill's a lot more dangerous than a track. If you don't like the outdoors, then you can find a gym with an indoor track or something of that nature.

Well mine is 11 minutes and some seconds.....so you defenitley did better than someone on the track team. Then again, i dont do long distances.

According to some people though, I am very fast.
But in my opinion, I am very slow,
but sometimes it does seem like I run pretty fast....
