Why must birthdays suck? I tried to look forward to this one. I truly did. Now with only a week 'til, My mom has told me what's she's getting me weeks ago when she refused my wishlist when I tried to send it in, and it is something I made sure she knew wasn't on my lissit and I didn't want.

Now my parents have bought my cake a week early and my dad tried to get me to start eating it tonight, despite my mother's protests of knowing I wouldn't eat it until Friday and the cake wouldn't stay fresh that long. Now he is trying to force me to eat it with the claim it won't last. Frankly, I'd rather eat a stale cake on my actual brithday (better than the last few cakes I've gotten over the years) over eating a week early and having nothing on my birthday.

At least my supervisor and her fiance (both of which I'm friends with) have invited me to go bowling with them that day and she has said she is getting me something. I have a feeling It's a new travel coffee cup with Spiderman on it, though I'm fine with that. I'll love it anyway and will be glad to not have to use a cup with "Menopur" on it anymore. A gift I actually want. Thank you for being the tiny light to try to make my birthday special and happy.

Well today sucked. My head, stomach, and eyes ready to explode...had to lye on the floor all day with a bucket beside me and take medicine that tasted disgusting. I can't believe I ate without throwing it up. My stomach's better, but my eyes are flaming, staring at this screen.

This day sucked so much. I just want to go to the pool with my sister and my friend, but my friend is busy. Inuyashafan39, don't be busy!

I wish there was a way I could show you how much I appreciate all you guys do for me than just hugs. It really tears me apart, because I don't want to seem spoiled, like I take you for granted. I would love to spend my own money to buy you guys gifts, but I just don't know what you would like. Well, maybe I could get one of you a cat figurine or something since you love cats like me, but I don't know what to get the other two...

I feel like the worst person in the world. I feel HORRIBLE.

I'm sick of this. My mother and I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to protect our dogs, our family, from my own father. It apparently hasn't become clear to you that we love these dogs more than you know. One day you're going to threaten to get rid of them again and I'll finally snap like I should have last time. You are NOT taking these dogs from me. I'd rather die than loose them, and if you don't believe me, try it. I dare you. And you're not beating them either. I don't care what they do, chasing them down and beating them with a newspaper is NOT the answer. You have to act rationally. Or do you want our dogs to be as scared of you as Buddy was when he first came here? Yes, we need to train them, because they do have their problems, but you do NOT have the right to hurt them. Chasing Duchess down just for being in the kitchen (where the dogs usually are if they aren't in Mom's office) and hitting her while she was hiding behind Mom was wrong, and you'd better be glad I wasn't there to see it. Seriously, how you act toward them is sickening. You act all kind and funny like my father when you're with us, then the dogs do one little thing and you turn into a monster. If these dogs weren't living things and if I didn't love them so much I would have had enough by now and handed them over to you and said, "Here! Take them, just stop being a jerk!" Sadly though, because I don't want to tick you off and get into trouble and put MORE stress onto this family than you already provide with your anger towards the dogs, I keep my mouth shut. That'll quickly change the next time you make a threat towards anyone in my family, human or not. And you know what? These "stupid" animals are more comfort to me than you ever were. Of course, I'll never say that. Seriously, why didn't Mom stop you? Yes, it's okay to try to tame the dogs so they don't annoy you as much, but she should have told you right from the start that hitting them was unacceptable. The dogs aren't the only ones who need to be kept under control, Dad.
