So, now that I've ordered my set of Giants sidekicks and ran into a Series 2 Drobot (I don't know what's worse... searching and finding a LightCore Drobot or a Series 1 Drobot on the wrong peg... guh), I'm left just needing me a LightCore Hex (and maybe a boxed Jet-Vac...).

Previously, I grabbed a Jade Flashwing, but found out she was released there. What would be a good one to get to trade for an LC Hex? I don't really want to spend a lot, since I'll be getting 2-3 when SWAPForce comes out anyway... but I would like to "complete" my set... Thoughts?

I was only able to get a single Polar Whirlwind.
They wouldn't even sell me a second for my co-worker.

Well, the only thing most Aussies need is Scarlet Ninjini. We have Jade Flashwing, Molten Hot Dog, and now we are getting Polar Whirlwind with a preorder of Swap Force at EB Games.

Dang. Should have snatched that Scarlet Ninjini I saw today then...

First one sold out before I got there. Second one would only let me buy one. Third and fourth ones were sold out by the time I got there.

Hmm, we have Lightcore Hex as a pre-order bonus, they have Polar Whirlwind. We both have each others figures already available. That seems to be a great trade opportunity there.

Yeah, seems pretty even.

I live in Australia and the only way to get special variants is through starter pack deals.
Molten hot dog is obtainable in a starter pack at Kmart/big W. the pack contains a case for your skylanders,the starter pack and molten hot dog.
Jade flashwing is through the same thing but with no case and its target exclusive.
I've seen no sign of scarlet ninjini at all. Not at my local eb games,nothin. The only thing close to this ninjini,which is only at target.
Finally,polar whirlwind is obtainable through SF preorder.
Bear in mind this is in NSW,not sure about other states, the only valuable thing we have is Polar whirlwind. Only now we are starting to get SSA sidekicks from eb.

I rest my case.

i would trade my extra polar for a lightcore hex to anyone is the AU

I almost bought a LC on ebay for about $50 including shipping then i stop before i click the final purchase, my mind is always changing like "get it so all done with the collections or "don't get it because she'll be out in October eventually" LOL.

GitD Book would be good since we don't get them, Polar is good for people who don't want to get the SF starter pack from EB, and yes, we haven't got Boomer for a very long time either.

from what i read here if you're going to spend the 50 bucks on an auction for 1 LC Hex, why not just wait and get the game for nearly that price? With the preorder and throw in the 10 buck off coupon from the giantkicks giveaway bags it'll come a little bit more and you'll have a game to go along with the figure.

As for AU releases, Polar as others have said would be equivalent exchange to those for an LC Hex because of who was held over for swap force preorder.

Scarlet will probably release soon if it hasn't for AU already since each region is only having 1 held over for the pre order.

Some ppl can''t wait. Some just want it over. Same ppl that bought ninjini when she was out in NYC. Its supply and demand. I would jump on LC hex just to be done, but for $50 no thanks. Maybe $20.

$50 is reasonable if you are ordering one from eBay Australia. Here's why, The lightcore figure when not on sale is $17.95 and postage for the figure to the USA would be $19.75 for a trackable method to meet paypal seller protection add in ebay and paypal fees and you are around about the $50 mark. The seller would be making less than $10 profit.

All things considered, $50 isn't totally unreasonable - but since I'm going to get 2-3 already, just by waiting... There's just no way I'm going to throw $50 down on her.

Now, if I could to 2-3 $10 figures, plus $20 shipping, for say, LC Hex + Boxed Jet Vac - that'd be $20-$25/figure *and* helping a fellow collector with their set... I could do that.
