Yea, is it inside the bag, on the back of the UPC? Just wondering bc I've had situations before where when opening a package the code printed inside gets destroyed. It's helpful to know the location before opening the bag.

For those in S. Ontario Canada, I live in Buffalo, NY. I plan on starting to search all the local WalMarts in my area, and I will keep you all posted if I locate them. I know some members expressed an interest in traveling State-side should they become available.

I hope it really doesn't take 10-12 weeks to get your sidekick, because then it'd be impossible to get them all before the end date,(October something..) that is, unless you order them all at the same time.

You have until the end date to order them. After that, they stop accepting orders, but they will commit to your order.

The code is printed inside the coupon is sideways the code is up near the top(i believe this is the code as it is the only other thing in the bag and it is 13-digits, but it aint clearly labeled as such.), there nothing saying its a code. I'd post picture of said code but I need to claim it 1st.

Edit 2: You can actually see part of the code faded at the bottom right where I show the coupons in the bag.

So...the S&H has to be paid online i presume? Hmm...that could spell trouble for younger gamers who'd simply send in the money.

I have 20 bags of this stuff now as of this morning I picked up 7 more. That should give me enough for the 4 ppl in my household that want them. I personally want a 2nd set for myself but i can wait for a later batch of these to be made.

Sell by date on 2 of them (as the rest are currently still in my trunk) is Aug 27th and sept 24th, so there is abit of a range. Its also marked on each bag individually. I plan to bring the rest in once I figure out where to store this stuff/ what i'm doing with them.

For those of us (myself included) that weren't into Skylanders during the Summer of 2012, could anyone who is a veteran of last year's "Frito Lay Sidekicks Promo" explain to the uninitiated how this promotion works?

Is it as simple as .... buy a specially-marked bag of chips .... get redemption card/code from inside the bag of chips ... mail in said card/code with a couple of bucks to cover shipping ... and that's it?

Am I missing something here? Also, where are these special bags of chips available? Wal-Mart only? Or lots of places?

^ Yes, it's that simple. Although with the original, you had to remove the UPC and mail that, along with a check for the shipping.

I have no clue, I wasn't following skylanders during the SSA one. If however it is I'm going to have to see if i can use some of my family members addresses. I'm hoping to get 4 complete sets for 4 ppl (including myself).

It wasn't random, per say. You picked which ones you wanted most, on a 1 to 4 scale, and they sent it best they could. I got into skylanders at giants and nabbed one stale bag right before the promo ended and got my first choice.'picked up the other three at the spend $25 get a free sidekick a while back. I only I knew about the deal they had on skylanders day...

Glad they are doing it this way, on-line. I agree it might be trouble for younger fans but I think most younger fans would be getting some sort of help from a parent/guardian anyways.

Thankfully my twins are ok splitting an entire Skylanders collection so I don't have to buy 8 bags. And with them being Cub Scouts I can buy some packs, give the chips to the group for events and we keep the codes. This equals a set of Sidekicks for only $10 (shipping costs).

It could be they are in the back at some stores still as current supply is still there. I went to 3 other walmarts on sunday to finish my 20 and only 1 had them and it was because they just stocked them at the front door with other stuff for the fourth of july.
