At 13 I doubt Puberty will come, It should do you good at 16.

Puberty is only supposed to develop the sexual organs. The extra hair, pimples, and voice change are mostly side-effects of extra testosterone/estrogen.

Actually for females, puberty begins about 2 years earlier than males.

How do you know, exactly? In males, puberty starts at around 13 and ends around 17.

Actually, puberty has been happening sooner and sooner.

Artificial flavours, hormones and so forth are messing with this too, but it also has a lot to do with the fact that we are far more healthy than before...puberty used to start at 16 (17 for biological males) around a few hundred or so years ago, don't remember the exact time. It has a lot to do with nutrition.
