Is there a way to report him to Amazon? I didn't see any link that stood out my first time scrolling thru the page where you can report people/products like you can on eBay...

edit: I did leave a comment like SlayerX did (I'm guessing the same Slayer from our site here), which it says Amazon will review and then post in about 48 hours, hopefully enough 1-star negative comments will deter any starry-eyed uninformed buyers who are looking at it!! I can't believe some people, what a scammer!! *sigh*

I might be willing to pay $20, but not $250, LOL! Oh, and that he's misrepresenting it as a genuine rare variant.

And clearly he learned from last time, he managed to set the item to Review Review, so reviews aren't automatically posted, they have to be approved first, to make sure you're being nice and unbiased and such. So if you want to post a review, watch your wording carefully (calling him names will just about guarantee that it will be denied).

Yeah, but that's not the problem, which means THEY don't understand the problem. They're saying that the seller sold and sent you, say, a normal Warnado, and you're reporting that it's being listed under the "real" Gold Warnado, that it's not the same item as the listing.

Email them again and tell them their solution does NOT apply to your complaint, and try to explain again. Call it a counterfeit, that's what it is, and that's a VERY clear word.
