I had two Skylanders that broke, put in a claim Saturday night....still haven't seen or heard anything. I know in the past its only been a couple days, very speedy service. Has anyone else had replacements sent this week? I'm going to call customer service, but they don't open for a few hours (11am California time I think). The Activision website went through some redesign, but there hasn't been an update to my claims since placed. smilie

I know when I had ordered a replacement for my Hot Head the status never changed and for the longest time I wasn't even sure if I had registered that I owned it, or filed for a replacement. Then about five days later there was a new Hot Head waiting for me on my porch. Just give it time. If you haven't seen anything by the middle of next week, I'd give 'em a call then.

What are you people doing to break your figures? I have 65+ figures, and haven't broken a single one.

Check your spam. They usually get sent there, plus it took me about 2 weeks to get a message back from my S2 Spyro.

100+ and counting unbroken, and my 7 and 11 year olds play them...but they've been instructed on how to hold and use them.

I've only had one to have it's base broken as I removed it from the box, so I'd call that a production defect.

Every time I open a package I think that they are way too tightly fit in that plastic mold. I always worry that the figure will snap. There must be a better way to package them.

In my case my Hot Head had a hardware failure. I really don't know what could have happened as I never dropped it. It was working for about two weeks then suddenly the RFID didn't respond.

The base on one of my landers broke off while I was taking it out---so I hear ya.
