Yeah, that finally pushed me to decide to not get one.

It'll get lower in time, just look at the launch price for the 360 elite. Besides compared to some things (apple products, I'm looking at you) it's a good deal.

I agree with all of you who don't care for the Xbox systems. You would think that Microsoft would make better consoles .

This price is outrageous and shouldn't be so high, especially since they are going to have extra charges for people who want to play used games and I'm sure that they'll have other ways to charge and rip off the public. They're being really greedy...

My dad is working at Microsoft, so I hope that nothing like bad sales effects his job...

What, they're making Killer Instinct 3 for it!? The first one is my favorite and I used to play it in arcades all the time, when I was a kid. I kind of thought that series was finished or not being continued anymore, wasn't it made by Rareware? It's probably not going to be any good then because Microsoft wrecked Banjo Kazooie which was also by Rareware.

Killer Instinct for Xbox One is being developed by Double Helix with Rare "consulting." Which probably means they stuck Rare's name on it just to potentially attract attention. <.<;

Well, good thing I already have a 360 and only want an original Xbox. Definitely not going to bother with this (or any Playstation after PS2, for that matter).

Uuuuugh.

Well a Kinect costed about $150 at release day and an Xbox360 costed $300 at release day so it would be totaled to be $450. Plus next Gen consoles usually tend to be more expensive. (EX: Wii U($300) cost $50 more then the Wii($250).)

The people who are really getting screwed here are the Europeans. The XO will cost €499, which is roughly 660 USD. <.<;

Yes, and you get 2 free games a month from PS+ too, games that aren't 6 years old. Everyone who owns a 360 owns Halo 3, and if you don't you can pick it up for £5 these days. PS+ actually offers free games that are only a month or two old, as well as discounts for a large selection of download titles.

If two free games for the Xbone is what'll make you buy it, why aren't you already getting a PS4?

To be honest i think xbox would be worth it for the games. Yeah some of the features suck but somePerson had a point with the math. I was iffy on both systems but im seeing better exclusives on the xbox one and ps4 lost the only game that kept me on the fence since kingdom hearts said it was being released on both systems. Ps4 just doesnt really have the games to make me go with em <.<
