why do british and american people have to screw up the ****in' english language

dude seriously the first americans just ****ed the **** up even more and i don't even know, man.

I never knew Americans used that word. Everyday is a School day.

i was just saying that the british where apparently the ones who had the original english first (during american revo i guess?) and when the americans gained independence, they ****ed the language up.. but that's in a popular opinion from other non-americans, especially british.

Actually the first people to use English were the Anglo-Saxon peoples of Western Europe in the early A.D.s.

It's pretty damn obvious that BRITISH English came from BRITAIN....No need to tell us. lol

When the United States became independent, they pushed the change of the spellings etc. in order to push them further into independence. The way English in the US is now originates from the first dictionaries published and revised in the States, changing the way words are.

Canada has an odd mix of "British" English, "American" English and its own forms and so forth. Of course, the differences aren't always that greatly resounding, but Canadian English isn't the same as any other English as well.
