I dislike his figure paint. The mold and pose are awesome but they gave the wings and helmet a more "glittery" than "metallic" look and it's silly. A but annoying that his toes aren't painted. Very annoying that the wings have gold in the completely wrong spots. Otherwise it's excellent.

His Wow Pow on 3DS is an absolute disappointment. It replaces his bladegear with a larger, more powerful one- cool- but it doesn't do anything else, which is boring. You cannot control it. Also, charging it up with the last upgrade, you no longer fire three gears. Only one on the Series 2.. ACCIDENTAL BUTT NERF!

On console it's much better. I can't say anything for PVP as I haven't played it for ages, but it's fun and easy to use. The good thing about it is that it gives Drobot an extra move that his playstyle won't normally "cover", a genuinely nice addition to his moveset. It works fairly well down both paths.

Overall, not a high note to end on, but not a low one.

My only thoughts are that I don't think we're going to see LC Hex and S2 Drobot in the US for quite some time.

Stores in NA still haven't seen one box of Lightcore wave 4. They have only appeared on Amazon.com. I think we won't be seeing TP8/9, S2 Drobot, or LC Hex for... well, who knows how long. Won't be anytime soon.

Does he get a new look or add on.

I agree on Hex but disagree completely on Drobot. Shelves aren't exactly littered with Wave 4 singles, and a restock has got to occur sooner rather than later. Heck, I bet Activision has even fallen behind on orders for singles at this point and will be rushing to meet them. It's the same thing that happened in February; stock was out, and they had nothing else to ship but the new boxes. Just as we saw Spyro and Wrecking Ball about a week after the Netherlands, I fully expect Drobot about a week after Australia--if not sooner. But if Chill and Pop Fizz are only just now arriving for the very first time, I think you're spot-on about Hex. It's going to be a long summer.

I'm guessing by end of June everything will be in the USA...with trickling a few weeks later based on inventory...July being the end game.

my predictions...

it starts with W4 LCs. they have already begun trickling out on amazon

then LC hex in mid june. maybe even drobot and triples 8/9

by july we should have everything wrapped up.

^Yep. Polar, LC Hex and Drobot are my final three--anxiety increasing over Polar since it's been technically out now for at least a month.

I thought Polar would be release same time as Scarlet since both were release in Europe first but i guess not.

I think polar is being held till mid june. Lesty said awhile back that in mid june there would be a very very good deal on the tree rex bundle. I have a feeling mid june polar is going to come out along with some sort of target bogo sale/ clear out skylander giants items sale.

Haha. Not quite. LC hex should be available everywhere in mid June at a very reasonable price, so don panic and order her for overseas if you're looking for her.

Umm, I have a question. Skylandfollower, do you have a recommended path for S2 Drobot?

Looks like they took a number of short cuts on the figures...the only glaring exception was some of the extra details on Scarlet. (I still can't get over Wrecking Ball's teeth not being white).
