I'm pretty sure Amazon has him for cheaper when you include shipping costs. As for his cost and his worth, its all on you to decide. Is having Camo after seeing his abilities and such on youtube so important that you'd rather have him than a combination of two regular Giants skylanders, two SSA other figures, a Giant, an adventure pack, or almost a battle/triple pack.

I've bought things off of ebay before plenty of times, and very rarely have I had any problem. Same with shipping things out. Actually, I can't really recall a time when I ever had to message a person back after the sale went through.
Basically, just make sure that the selling is: -legit. As in, there's pictures and you can verify that the seller actually does have Camo. I'm talking about an actual photo, not the stock image. If you're unsure, you can always ask them to take a picture from another angle or whatever. -the seller is a trusted seller. Take a look at their reviewers and see what people have said about them in the past. This is a catch 22- new users my be really great people, but you can't really verify that. Older sellers may create fake accounts to increase their rating. You never know, so it's best to check. Talk to your parents about looking into the seller's history. Outside of that, you'll need paypal and one of the main credit cards. I'm actually not sure if they do anything besides paypal any more. I know I bought a GBA SP from a seller with a money order many years ago but apparently they don't even do that any more! Camo is up on amazon right now for $12.90, and shipping cost plus tax ended up being $16.88 for me. I really like Amazon because it just seems to be a better company, but that's just me personally.

Keep in mind that most Toys R Us have the triple packs for 25 or 26 bucks. A quicker and safer way would to be go buy one of those and you can sell or trade or do what ever with the warnado and I forget the other guy that comes with it.

eBay works fine. There are buyer and seller protection programs to ensure nothing too dishonest goes on. Just make sure, as spyroflame is saying, the seller is not trying to trick you into buying a pre-order.

Ebay is generally safe, as long as you do a little bit of research on the Seller. Just look at his/her Feedback page, read past Buyers' comments, etc.
Also, make sure you read the listing's item description notes, and be wary of any Seller that doesn't provide detailed listing notes. Other things to avoid are Sellers that don't post actual pictures of the item for sale, Sellers that offer "pre-orders", Sellers that have unusually high shipping & handling costs, and Sellers that do not respond to your inquiries within 24 hours or less. So ... yes, there are scammers and losers out there selling stuff on Ebay, but if you're selective about which Sellers you bid/buy with, you really don't have anything to worry about.

The term "evilbay" that I've seen people use when I was stalking here is just wrong.
eBay is a great site. It has a lot of people overcharging, sure, but it also has good deals, stuff you won't find anywhere else, and it's a very safe site. Never had a problem with the site, just a few crappy users. |

Being a buyer and seller on ebay, as long as you do your research and ask questions, you will be fine. There are good deals if you can find them, and there are also a lot of overpriced items that you should avoid.
One time I ordered a GITD Sonic Boom, and was sent the regular S2 figure, and the seller credited the full amount and I did not have to return the item. I was able to complete my Spyro's Adventure set via ebay with both used and new figures.

eBay can be full of rude users.
I sent a guy with a Green Gill Grunt a question if he has the Web Code, card, and sticker, here was the response: Quote:
Yeah. Someone on here purchased a supposed "error" GITD Sonic Boom with Double Trouble packaging, only to find out it was TAPED together! It was returned without problems. A warning: DON'T POINT OUT PROBLEMS WITH CERTAIN FIGURES! I told a guy that had a Drill Sgt, Whirlwind, Double Trouble triple with a supposed "Backwards head" on Double Trouble, that he was just facing the card. He sent a REALLY rude response, so rude I don't want to detail.

I only buy from ebay when I can't find a figure in store or on amazon (for retail). Even then, I would only want to get one from ebay at an auction or a retail buy it now. I need t spend the least amount of money possible.

As a buyer and sell on eBay myself, I have never had any issues. Just look for seller that have been members for a while with lots of good feedback. They just do not happen to get good feedback for nothing. Best part is eBay has buyer/seller protection, so if something janky does happen at the very least it takes a few days but you will be protected. That being said, just look around on Amazon etc... too and go with the one you can get for the least amount of money.

Hold off for a better deal, thats my advice. Or go to TRU they normally have a Camo, Warnado, and Ignitor Triple for $20-$25.

My TRU had 5 Camo/Warnado/Ignitor in stock. for the money I would try TRU. you would have 2 extra figures to what you want with (Sell/Trade/Modify/collect dust). Good Luck!
