Dragon's Peak is fairly common in my area when it comes to places that have APs. Empire of Ice is most common with Pirate Seas and Dragon's Peak tied being readilly available in a few places. Darklight Crypt is forever MIA though.

Order of rarity (from most common to least common) in my area:

Empire seas
Dragons peak
Pirate seas
Darklight crypt

here in Australia at KMart at the moment, those two packs, along with Dragon's Peak are plaguing store shelves. They cant get rid of them.
