Was at KMart tonight to pickup some blank CDs for work and I noticed a lady was taking all the Skylanders off the shelves. I asked her what she was doing and she told me the floor manager said they have to be moved to promotions (the front of the store where they promote XMas, Back to School, Easter etc...) because there is a big shipment of stock coming tomorrow... I wonder what it is? I'll be dropping by on my way home from work, so I'll keep you posted!

Stupid KMart! They moved all of their Giants stock to the front of the store to make way for an overload of S:SA Triple packs and aventure packs!

on the shelves there are multiples of the following packs:

Pirate Seas
Empire of Ice
Dragons Peak

Wrecking Ball/Stealth Elf/Sonic Boom Triple Pack
Bash/Chop Chop/Eruptor Triple Pack

There are about 100 packs on the shelves. $14 each

Any Darklight crypt?

No Darklight crypt at my local, either the scalpers have a nice money maker or they were not part of this assortment.

Yay! Sidekicks are finally here! Just, how am I going to spend $100 on Skylanders.............. 3 Golden DC and a LC Pop Fizz that I want? That'll get me a lot of carrots and level me up to level 2 for sure.

Just how am I going to sell 3 Golden DC............ Can I return them and keep the Sidekicks? >

The small writing underneath says Random Selection. So spending $100 might not necessarily get you all 4.
Maybe if you are lucky you can get all 4 but it depends on the EB Games staff member working at the store.

From my experience, EB games staff arent always the friendliest and most helpful of people.

I don't know if this has been mentioned elsewhere, but I've just seen Bash, Spyro, Hot Dog & Hex, Slam Bam, Shroomboom triples at Kmart in South Australia.

Edit: Just went back to take pics, and noticed they also had S2 Drobot.

They had three S2 Drobot. Grabbed one for me, one for a buddy, and left the other on the shelf. They didn't have LightCore Hex, but it doesn't matter since I don't collect LightCores anyway.
They also had the triple packs. But I don't understand why people are so excited about them so I did not bother taking pictures.

Which Victoria store is your closest? I'm in Traralgon and I also go to Moe. Thats alot of Thumpbacks, and is that also Eye-Brawl??? My stores only ever stock Swarm and Bouncer :-(

The K-Mart with the Eye-Brawl, Thumpback and Ninjini was Airport West. I think that they may have had Hot Head as well but I don't remember. Other than that and the new figures just stuff that's overstocked and everyone has everywhere anyway.

I was talking to the guy at my local EB this morning and They got 29 pre orders for Ninjini and only 24 figures allocated to them.

Yeah I got my Ninjini from EB Games today but they have said that they haven't yet
received a shipment of LC Hex or Drobot S2. So far I haven't seen either of them at
any stores in my area.

I got LC Hex today at Kmart Parramatta. they had S2 Drobot as well. Went all round the other stores and not a Ninjini to be found. So far Kmart Castle Hill, Parramatta, North Rocks and Stanhope Gardens, and no Ninjini to be found. The EB games guy at Parramatta did tell him when I pointedly asked, that they had received the Ninjini's for the pre-orders. I think he might have been told to be a bit caging about it. But I would rather track one down at Kmart somewhere where the Giants are cheap now anyway!

Kmart prices are very cheap now! Giants $12, LC $9, and I can't remember the price for a standard.

The EB Games closest to me got one LightCore Hex. I picked it up for my cousin since my friend already found her. They had S2 Drobot as well but I had no need for it since the three of us already have him.

They were also understocked on Ninjini... My cousin had her like me and my friend didn't want her, though. Still frustrating. I'm sure that she'll never be restocked in our area again.

You guys didn't get Scarlet Ninjinis in Australia?

Not Jades or Moltens or Royals either. Not yet at least.

Hopefully Australia will get Ninjini, Jade, Molten and Royal soon and hopefully North America will get Wave 5 soon too.

If they had more Scarlet here where i live, ill gladly help anyone here but the bad news is Scarlet are all sold out in the stores so i don't think they'll restock her anymore.

went into two of my local Dick Smith stores today and noticed over 75% of their Skylanders stock has disappeated!

Was there a clearence sale I missed?

Apparently they dropped the price the day before yesterday, according to my local. I scored an extra Swarm for $5.99, lots of other sales on 3 packs etc too. Guy said clearing out for new game. Wish I could learn from this and wait for clearances!

Got my Ninjini on hold at EB, just gotta find Drobot and LC hex and i am done for Giants standard and different in game variant wise...then it begins AGAIN in August...urrrrgggg.

SSA figures are $2 at my Target, and there ain't even a sale

Finally got me a ninjini and drobot but my EB hasn't got L/c Hex yet.

We got ninjini from Target merrylands (NSW) today! Guy there was putting her out along with Eye Brawl and Thumpback. Kmart there didn't have any ninjini's but they did still have a couple of LC Hex's. Big W had nothing new.

Kmart nabbed last LC Hex and Drobot series 2 $9 each! Grabbed Ninjini at Target for 19. Done and Done!

Man, the QA on the Ninjinis is terrible had about 10 to choose from had to compromise on one with glue on arm, to get face that looked any good.

I just checked www.happymeal.com.au, and McDonalds have updated.......and the boy toy this month is now Skylanders Giants!

Triple packs are $24 at K-Mart, so you only lost a dollar.

Wow.... Ninjini's are $20 at Target, and $12 at Kmart. $8 dollars difference! I could get a LC Hex with one more dollar!

I paid full retail for mine at EB as they couldn't price match as none of my local K-marts have stock yet. But I would rather pay RRP than the inflated scalpers prices anyway.

Not all stores in my area have LC Hex & Drobot S2. But it appears that Ninjini is almost
everywhere in my area now. So far Target is the only place I have seen LC Hex.

Looking forward to attempting to get the sidekicks in EB games' monday promotion.

Also is there any news on Royal Double Trouble hitting Australian shores as it is the only
skylander I don't have.

There's still no news on he, Jade, Molten, Scarlet, or Polar. To be honest I'm starting to think that we won't get any of them- I don't collect variants, but that still makes me upset... I wanted Polar, too...

I'm getting a Scarlet Ninjini from a friendly DarkSpyro forum member in the US for $15... getting her, Thumpback and Hot Head and S1 Zap to complete my collection all for $60 incl. postage :-)

I just needed up getting her on eBay for $20 total

As a collector I recommend sites like ebay to find the likes of Scarlet Ninjini, Molten Hot Dog,
Jade Flashwing and Polar Whirlwind. Their cost is more than retail but I think it is worth it.

I also spotted the new skylander collector case it Target with Jade Flashwing on the side. So I do
wonder if Jade Flashwing does become available in Target.

What are the Skylanders for this week in the happy meal toys?

My local had Ignitor and Chop Chop only.

I would recommend going inside McDonald's and buying the set outright rather than trying to get one at a time in meals. They sold out very fast here--it was only available for 2 weeks.
