I'm afraid of dying in my sleep if I don't expect it.
I don't always understand the prospect of dying in your sleep as "peaceful", because...if it's unexpected, you don't get to say goodbye, now do you? You don't get to say what you've always kept from saying to people, be it positive or negative. You're just gone. You just slip away in your "peace" and all the lingering words you have never said are dead now, that you could've made further of a mark - that you could've had some sort of....release in death that you have said all that you'd always want to say, that you could've accomplished something you were the most afraid of.

I'm sorta afraid of not dying on my own terms, to be honest. I would rather not have my life prolonged more than it should, and shortened to the point that I don't even get to say goodbye. Otherwise, I'm not entirely fearful of death - no, quite the opposite of it. I can't deny that I will die, but I'd do my best to actually make it more than just me fading away to meekness - no, I will not be quiet, I'll tell people how much they mean to me, or how much people used to mean to me. I'd draw and write until I cannot any longer, I will not go "peacefully" despite my acceptance of it, I will make my life suddenly worth more than I ever dared to make it for myself.

Well, death is really not something im worried about. The thing is, it could happen any time. Any time of any day could be your last. What scares me is what happens after. I wonder if i would go to Heaven or i would go to Hell. Would i just cease to exist? Would i just...have no conscious and not even be their? Would i start a new life with the forgotten memories of my past lives? I will never know when im alive.

Well, memories of them might come back to you if you do past life regression therapy (though I'm not saying I believe it works).

I used to be pretty afraid of death, though now it doesn't shock me as much. If I could manage to make my name remembered in this world, I'd be fine with it once the time comes.
