I made a topic about this before, only it wasn't a convention of only Skylanders, but mostly the other Spyro games.

If we get enough fans, theres always a possibility this could happen. I mean, look at My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and Transformers. Even Sonic The Hedgehog has Sonic-Con( although, I think that was just funded by the 4kids actors).

I'd really love a Skylanders convention, though unfortunately, I don't think many would attend.

I know, but like for many conventions, people have to fly or drive a long time to get there, if they live far away. I'm not sure if many people would do that, but if I could make the choice to go, I most certainly would.

What about all the people that live nearby the place it would be?

They would go, but like I said, there are many others who live far away.

The problem is that conventions are made for adolescents and adults to get together. Skylanders has a very different target audience. <.<;

Yeah, unfortunately this. Yes, lots of adults like Skylanders, but unfortunately, I don't think many adults would be gong. :C

But he doesn't have the same importance as all the other Skylanders, he has more importance and more attention.

It's very important,and you don't have to bold stuff just to say your opinion. It's Spyro,be his series or not depending on what you think of it,and he IS important; the book series shows that off pretty quickly since he's meant to be the LEADER of the Skylanders,though they don't need him to boss them around.The thing about the games is that they don't give bigger importance to ANY of the 'landers,which is meant to stop any kind of bias towards any of the characters. Even if Spyro was labeled as important to the plot and DID something,there'd be complaints,because they favor him over the other cool characters another person likes. The whole meaning of the game is to give a variety of possible protagonists. On topic,a SkyCon would be nice,a SpyroCon would be nice too,but just don't put them together.You'd have children fighting with young adults over which triology/universe is better and I wouldn't doubt that fans of one side would get harassed a lot or even hurt.
