Moneybags inspired the idea of Skylanders? [CLOSED]

I heard Moneybags saying a quote to Spyro in Midnight Mountain if you refuse to pay him to release Agent 9:

"You don't want to free him? Ahhh, what's the matter, little dragon? Are you just jealous that no one has ever made an action figure out of you?"

It was mentioned that Toys for Bob played the original games while developing Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure. Did Moneybags' quote inspired them, or was it just a coincidence?

I actually remember someone making a topic like this in Stuff And Nonsense, but good idea making a topic here too :3
Very observant, maybe it's just a huge coincidence, but maybe not... pretty cool though.

Recently I was playing Spyro 3 Year of the Dragon and I notice that message from Moneybags (Yes, I was saying NO to every single "Offer"). At the first time I was Shock when I heard it and other weird stuff (Really, I don't like to say "No" to Moneybags smilie!!!)
