Yeah, there are some better magic characters out there such as Double trouble and Voodood. I don't dislike him, but he completely steals the spotlight from the rest of the magic element.

*shrugs* he's ok. I guess. Though I find him fun to miss with at times. Ninjini and Dark Spyro I like more though.

To me he's a pretty unique Skylander, despite looking like Trigger Happy a bit, his attacks are pretty cool and different.
He is very popular, not overrated though.

Oh yeah plus he used a love potion.

Fun skylander, looks awesome and some how fitting with the Rasta hat. Bobcat's voice acting make's him lovable.

He looks awesome, his attacks are unique, he can wipe out whole rooms with his potions, potions with legs (!), both his upgrade paths are both awesome and both have a totally different playstyle… also the look on his face while shaking up a potion is hilarious.
