I bought a Flocked Eruptor in a Triple Pack for $ 100, was that good? It arrived today.

yes thats a good deal!!!! i pay $100 as a finders fee for employees at local stores.

No it was not a good deal because you can get them for the retail price if you search in stores frequently

stores here in las vegas, the employees take these and sell them on ebay.they dont ever put them up on shelves, so i offer the finders fee to make sure i get these variants. i have the cash so i will pay for them. how much for your stone variants?

Not at all, that is one of the biggest wastes of money I've ever heard of. But if you think wasting 100 dollars for something that retails for 25 bucks is a "good deal", then so be it.

That's the going rate. The individual pack costs more ($125 seems to be average). If you're going to rip him out of his cage, triple pack makes most sense since you're getting more figures for your buck.

I think so. I wouldn't pay that much myself. But $100 a little less than a single Eruptor if you factor in the two other figures you get.

Honestly, I believe anything paid over $5 retail is not a good deal. Don't hate me for saying this but paying that much for a variant is really dumb. It's just outrageous. I oppose and hate it with a passion.

That's fine...and your prerogative. So unless you see this at a store--I guess you aren't getting one. Love the restraint. Some of these variants are super cool though. To each their own.

Personally, I think buying even 10% of these characters is outrageous when you think about the fact that you're basically unlocking content on a game you've already purchased. But yet I do it. Go figure.

Seeing as how they are quite rare in finding, it all depends on the value you get out of it, not anyone else because that's where the true value is. For most that comment here, they'd say no because it was not something for them to chase. This brings me back to last fall over a year ago when whirlwind was nowhere to be found. I happened to win one on ebay for $40 bucks (that's including shipping) the one that still to this day is in the box but has the only at target found upon its box. It's special to me that I may keep it there, but I'm still able to play it in game and enjoy it. If you're able to find value in it just by using it, displaying it for yourself, whatever you do with it that it seems to generate value, I wouldn't doubt the purchase.
