Finally got Fright Rider from EB Games. I can't believe how hard it was to track him down. Have been looking since January.

In much more exciting news, I found Wham Shell at Superstore in Calgary. I first saw him last Friday when I was grocery shopping, but it was in the hands of someone else (and no more in the display case). I did a double-take when I saw him as I thought my eyes must be playing tricks on me. Went back yesterday and scored one for myself. It looks to me like Superstore is stocking Wham Shell and the adventure packs (minus darklight crypt) with some regularity now. Don't know if they are clearing out old stock or if the packs plus Wham Shell are getting a new limited run.

In any case, Wham Shell and Fright Rider were the last two Skylanders I needed for my figure collection (where the goal was to have one version of every skylander). I guess the only things I would be interested in now are side-kicks and volcanic vault, but I am not going to chase those down.

Anyway, if anyone needs Wham Shell, you could try raiding your local Superstores.

Just bought her from Amazon.de. I live right beside the border, so I just send my packages to a package-pick-up place, and they only charge $2.50 a package.

Good patience - I cracked and bought Wham Shell on e-bay last Fall because I could not find him. On another note - I heard that Superstore has the best deals for clearance. Apparently they have policies that are different from other retailers - they just want to get the stuff out of the store quickly. I can't recall the reason. I think they must be rid of the inventory after a "season" - they do not pack up and store the inventory for the following year. That is why they sometimes have "garage sale" pricing in there - or I think that is why.

The original listing, I copied the URL into Google Translate. Can't do that for subsequent steps because they're generated by what you do (like clicking Add To Cart), so the translated versions end up blank. So after the first step, I copied sections into Google Translate. Wasn't hard, just took a little work and patience. It doesn't translate buttons, so I typed up what was on them, using Character Map to enter accented characters like those with umlauts (the two dots over a letter) to make sure I knew what I was clicking. Doesn't do a 100% job, but enough so that I knew what I was doing.

Oh, and luckily it had all my address and payment information from regular Amazon so I didn't have to bother with that. If you need to, add that stuff in an English Amazon before attempting this, to minimize what you have to deal with in German.

It worked, I got her today!

Went to Wal-Mart on Thursday, in Montreal, the one by Namur Metro (Decarie and Jean Talon), at Blue Bonnets. I had the delivery notice for Scarlet and tried to pick her up early (no dice, had to try again today)... Wanted to try for Scorpion Striker and Molten Hot Dog. At first it seemed like I was a bit out of luck. The main display with the Starter Packs seemed a bit empty, but they had ONE Hot Dog single pack (not Molten) and a couple of Scorpion Strikers, so grabbed it. BUT! They had one (can't remember if they had more) Fright Rider. When JUST the night before I had realized he's the only Undead I don't have. So grabbed him too. They have another shelving section in the middle aisle of the electronics section, but like the last time I have they only have the usual suspects of only Giants (Hot Head, Thumpback, Eye-Brawl).

BUT! This time I noticed that just OUTSIDE the electronics section, in the aisle in front of the section, they had a island-style shelving section FULL of figures! Including one whole shelf of Molten! YAY! Sorry, I was so excited to get exactly what I came for, I forgot to notice what other figures were there... I also keep forgetting to take pictures in the store.

Now I'm worried that I might have missed those shelves the other times I tried checking, LOL!

Both of them are on portals. I know photo isn't very good (with the low lighting it is very grainy) but if you look closely you can see both of them. Ninjini is on one plugged portal into a Wii U that is on and Scarlett is on a Wii one that just sitting beside it and NOT on. The signal seems to get induced into the port that is not on from the one that is on.

I can't do pics of these because imgur won't let me upload pics.
So on weds. I went to target at centre point mall. Nothing much there but an employee said they are getting big shipments next week and they are getting...JADE FLASHWING! But I got the terrafin target exclusive mega bloks set. And yesterday I got l-bouncer at tru. Seems to have restocked them for the last time.

I went over to my target in whitby they didnt have ne skylanders other then starter packs it looks like they never even got a shippment of skylanders figures.

But i will keep checking
Oh and my jade Flashwing came yesterday!!! i couldnt wait ne longer and by the looks of it i'm kinda glad i did.
Ne1 hear nething about the final figures i need 6 more characters and i have all 99 :-) i know there's more then that.

does ne1 know exactly how many inc the super rare ones i'd guess 125 130 something like that.

I hope you are right about Jade Flashwing. I just called Target at Centrepoint Mall and the person told me they would not be getting it. Then I called the Aurora one and the person there (Aiden, I think) said they would eventually be getting her but he didn't know when. Not sure what to make of it all but the one in Aurora this time sounded like he was more aware of what was going on as far as Skylanders were concerned.

Yeah, I just noticed the lit up portal under Ninjini, LOL! Dunno why I missed that. And putting them next to each other like that is what I meant by "daisy-chaining". There's a copper wire around the rim inside of each portal, which is the antenna for communication with the Skylanders. Putting two portals next to each other extends the transmission range of the copper wires. This is a well discussed phenomenon, My fave is the one I saw where someone put two full sized (XBox, PS3, Wii, Wii U) next to eachother, and the smaller 3DS portal in front, completing a triangle. One full portal for Player 1, one for Player 2, and a small portal for Magic Items.

Posts are really drying up. Just to summarize, I think for Canada, we are waiting for "wave 6" including:
LC chill (non-legendary), LC Pop FIzz, LC Hex, S2 Drobot, and potentially sidekicks.
(There is also Jade Flashwing at Target if you don't have already.)

I pre-ordered Scarlini from Amazon Germany on March 3, when she became available March 15th I think. Total, all told, with shipping and taxes and whatever, complete amount charged to me was $30 and change (that is, it was less than $31). Got her exactly a week after she was reported shipped, both days were Fridays. I live in Quebec. I worried I'd have to pay some customs amount when picking her up at the post office, but no, just a signature. She arrived by normal Canada Post. Theoretically they "tried" to deliver to my door on Thursday, but didn't get me. I suspect my mail carrier doesn't actually try to deliver packages, though.
