Given how quickly Jade Flashwing, Spyro and Wrecking Ball migrated over here following their sudden European releases, I'm going to go out on a limb and say about two weeks. Tops. Take it with a grain of salt, but seriously, precedent has been set.

I expect the same with Scarjini.

Yeah, but if it was so easy as to just call them up and find out - we would know tons of stuff now. Their reps won't have any information on it beyond what is already out

o okay he didn't differentiate between the US and German Amazon so I was wondering since everyone on the FB fan page is taken his word as gospel and also probably don't realize there is a difference.

^ It's way too early to say there really is a difference here. Being up on Amazon.de already doesn't mean anything for when or if she's coming to US Amazon on the 15th in either direction. It neither proves nor disproves the idea, and people are taking it both ways before anything conclusive has happened.

So for the people (including myself) that ordered Scarlet Ninjini on Amazon.de will she play the same and words be in English when using her here in the American game?

Yes. The figure does nothing more than tell the game "Load Scarlet Ninjini with these stats". The voices, artwork, etc are stored on your game disc. As shown with other figures, the chips in figures are the same around the world. The biggest problem is for those that collect packaged figures - it will have the hook style from Europe, which many find large and ugly (given it cuts a good amount of the artwork out).

I've always wondered why they couldn't include color data in the data on the figure. That way they could dynamically add variants (including chase) rather than defining them all prior to launch. Probably trying to save space to limit the memory on the chip.

Purchased Scarlet Ninjini, reluctantly, from the Amazon.de preorder.
For $23 US Dollars, it seems like too good of a value to pass up.
As popular/hard to find as the regular Ninjini is, Scarlet should be just as in demand, and even if she does go on sale in US stores, she'll be $15 or $16 bucks plus tax, so securing one at $23 should be OK.
IF she does show up on shelves before she ships in a week or so, (highly doubtful) then oh well.

The fact is she'll most likely be a store exclusive and those are usually stocked better than regular.

Any word on Polar Whirlwind? It's been 4 days since its sighting in Norway & 2 days since its sighting in Austria. Any sightings of her in Sweden or is there any insider information on how to get her in the US?

Jade Flashwing & Scarlet Ninjini is no longer of my concern. I now need info on Polar Whirlwind only. As usual; solid proof only. Got any info anyone?

It's probably all up to the retailer that has the exclusive. They could all be sitting in some DC somewhere right now in the US waiting for whenever the retailer decides to release it.

Hopefully Scarlet Ninjini and Polar Whirlwind get released soon in the US

Well, everyone thinks they are, including someone who bet me. I am standing firm. One or both won't come out in the US. If it's Polar, I win the bet, and unless someone welches on their bet, someone is out a sealed set of Sidekicks.

EDIT: I'm thinking more and more people must be afraid they won't be coming out, because I've seen some people who think they're coming out here, be quick to get them from Amazon.de and through Ebay/trades/etc.

Nah, I'm one that thinks they will come out here. I got Scarlet from Amazon.de however. I don't keep mine packaged, so the hooks don't matter to me. And for what was barely more than one with tax would cost here I got it delivered well in advance and can check it off my list.

That's exactly why I ordered Scarlet Ninjini from Amazon.de. Plus, I won't have to stand in a line for at least an hour before a store opens to secure one.

And pretty much ditto for Polar Whirlwind. I found someone who said they had seen her and started up a dialogue for a trade.

Basically, if I can get one in advance of a US release then I will do so since I only get one and don't keep them in the box/don't care about the packaging.

Polar Whirlwind is available at MediaMarkt in Sweden. i have no idea how long she has been there as they don't advertise video games online (and I haven't checked the print ads for the last week) but I was in there today for the fist time and they had dozens.

Jade Flashwing is in at GameStop in all Nordic countries now. Picked up my pre-order today. she is beautiful!

After just receiving my Scarlet Ninjini I was putting her card in our binder and turned to the "Alternate Deco (Non-Legendary)" page. When I was putting in the card I noticed that of the 7 alt decos we have so far, 4 of them are magic. It seems funny that it is SO skewed toward one element. Even when we get Polar Whirlwind, Magic will be 50% of all alt decos.
