I'm still early in the game, but the storyline is great so far, and there's a good amount of humour.

Frank Honey, one of Chase Mcane's (He is the main character) friends, is one of the funniest characters. My signature is one of them. My avatar is Frank Honey!

I should also add that the gameplay is also great, and there seems to be a ton of content so far. The game also has a nice, wreckless feel to it (you can destroy almost any relatively small object, "steal" cars and crash into buildings and run people over while driving) and my only two major concerns so far are the main ones found in reviews; somewhat slow load times and no multiplayer.
