Got Molten Hot Dog today in Ottawa !! Wow , there were so many Ninjini's there like 30 or something like that

yeah ninjini was in her package good, I was very worried (as was my daughter) she would break coming out. On a side note the future shop in the south keys shopping center Ottawa had at least 20 scorpion striker battle packs. Lots of other stuff (no wave 4) but almost everything else.

Where in Ottawa is everyone getting these new figures? I went to Baseline Walmart today and they had nothing new except for MHD (which I'm not interested in).

Where in Calgary did you find MHD?

OK, I need some help please... Have these been released? Did I miss something?

- Lightcore Hex (S2)?

Lumberjack I got the ones a pictured at baseline around 8p.m. last night (monday) and they still had what I said at that time, I dunno if they just got them or what. I was the only person even looking at them and the store was moderatly busy. TRU down the road on merivale has lots of older stock but they got 6 ninjinis last week and sold out, as of last night they still had no wave 4. The ebgames near them wich has one of the larger selections of skylanders as far as ebgames around Ottawa. Had lots but no wave 4, same as the walmart at the terminal shopping center (train yards) I used to get most of mine at the ebgames in bayshore shopping center , and I check terminal eb every once and a while. The comic shoppe on merivale sells them now also but I havnt been in there for a few weeks, so not sure what they have.

those will be the next and probably final wave excluding any specials there keeping from us.

Also is there a reg LC chill aswell as the legendary LC chill?

Do you know if Walmart's stock comes in steady through the week for Skylanders or is it just random? Just wondering if you know if it's worth checking again tomorrow or not.

I have been wondering the same thing as joseph235,
but I don't think I have seen the LC (non-legendary) Chill yet.
Perhaps I just missed it completely?

I unpacked her like I unpack everybody (but I agree she was harder): Hinge the bottom away, popping out the base, then I have more room to pry out the body from the back. I found her swords difficult. I had to take advantage of their flexibility and slide them out. I also have the limitation that I feel obligated to leave the packaging intact, LOL! Including the paper label with the character name and such, which is invariably taped to the plastic in such a way that simply pulling on the bottom would rip it.

Yeah, that thing is AWESOME! My collection JUST got too big to list in my sig anymore - damn you character limit! - so I'll be replacing it with this soon. At one point it listed that the tool is thanks to 2 people on a thread, I PM'd one to say thanks and report some problems - the second name the tool lists, pretty sure starts with a T, my head keeps trying to suggest TreeRex - but he responded that he didn't make it, it just uses his pictures.

Walmart by the Ikea. Call around... I am sure every Walmart will be getting them today.

As far as walmart stock I have no idea, each walmart seems to get stock at different times and days I've never seen any real consistency between the 3 we go to. I do know the ebgames (pretty much all of them) get theres in between 10a.m. and 1p.m. TRU (merivale) usually gets stock every monday and thursday, however they sometimes get an odd shipment every now and then.

Check out how strong the portals are. gnarly rex is being controlled by the ps3 portal on the bottom kinda cool :-)

haxorus so ninjini is fairly flexible? i treat each one like glass trying not to bend what so ever LOL and i also keep the boxes.
As for reg LC chill will she be coming to Canada?

I went to the Fallowfield Walmart just now (2:36pm) and they had about 6 Ninjinis left and literally 20+ MHD. They had so many MHD that they were doublestacked upside down at the back of the shelf.

Since reg LC chill is regular run we will surely see her, LC popfizz is supposedly out in certian areas as well. I have yet to see or hear about either hitting Canada yet though.

Scarlet ninjini (? to how or if she wil be released to Canada, or stores at all, she is a Germany amazon exclusive now. Some people are guessing that means US amazon exclusive as well but last I knew no one knows for sure yet.)

Polar whirlwind (has been sold in stores in europe and Australia. Some are spreading a rumor it may be a euro exclusive and US/Canada wont see it. I really doubt that however.)

It's not "how strong" they are. If you had Gnarly in the same spot without the 3DS portals, it wouldn't even be starting to light up. Putting inactive portals in proximity - preferably contact - with the active portal extends the range of the active portal. Though usually I see people put the additional portals NEXT to the active portal, to make for a larger surface.

spyroflame0487 created an image and used it in his signature. Trexroarr saw this image and used photoshop to create his own version for himself and offered to make one for others on the forums.

I already had the http://www.funkymonkey.org/skylanders/ created and functioning as a checklist collection of toys for myself and my family to use. I didn't think it would be useful to anyone else and figured something better existed. I wrote a couple of scripts to create similar signature images and integrated it with the existing site and opened it up to the public.

There are two sections of Skylanders toys. The first is on the wall 'outside' the electronics section on the left, and the other is on a display shelf inside the electronics section near the Wii and 3DS games.

Edmontonians looking for Molten Hot Dog:

While we were shopping at the South Common Walmart today we ran into a Activision representative talking with the electronics manager about their display and making room for a new shipment. My boyfriend and I asked them if they had MHD yet and they said that it was arriving by UPS and so they weren't sure when the shipment was coming in, but it was going to be soon. the Activision rep said that most of the Walmart's in Edmonton hadn't received MHD yet.

They said they should be here any day now though and to just keeping calling or checking in and asking about them.

They are located on two different shelves a part from each other.
One area with the Skylanders display and the other area near the cash/other electronics.

YAY!! my Royal Double trouble/platinum chest came in FINALLY :-) and i have to admit he looks very cool worth every penny So got my gnarly rex, all glows so far didnt go for the employee editions this year but i do have every single solitary skylander from the first game. plus just can't afford those ones :-)
Just waiting for jade flashwing to arrive neday couldnt wait either had to buy her now but ended up winning her for a half decent price on ebay.

So the only ones were missing are reg drobot,LC pop fizz,LC hex polar whirl wind(really really want this one)and scarlet ninjini.

I've got both. I bought the Wii bundle for Gnarly. I did not have Giants yet so I was only paying $75 extra for the Wii which was promptly regifted as a Christmas present. I then bought the 3DS game to get regular Tree Rex and Punch Pop Fizz.

I was in the US the weekend the iOS starter was released. At that point no one had made it clear Royal was actually a Gamestop exclusive but I bought it there so I got him anyhow.

And my Scarlet Ninjini is in transit, so all I need are six more of these things. LC Hex, LC Pop Fizz, LC Chill, S2 Drobot, Jade Flashwing (waiting for Sunday for Target to relist it) and Polar Whirlwind. Then I can stop looking until the inevitable Frito Lay chaos in the summer.

I have Gnarly. Bought the Wii bundle and gifted the game to nephew for Christmas and sold the wii on kijiji.

I am looking for Legendary Chill. Can someone post if they happen to see it in GTA TRU again? thanks!

Finally found MHD in BC today !!!

I gotta say i love the 3ds version the characters move so much better.
I can't wait to jump with skylanders 3 on a big screen. ;-)

Also did ne1 notice when you put the platinum treasure chest on the 3ds it says series 1 treasure chest? All they did was recycled some old pirates treasure chests.

Still no sign of jade flashwing maybe next week.

Yeah I went there and asked an employee for one. He actually risked his job to get me a Ninjini. SO HAPPY HE DID THAT. Can't believe he did that risk for me.

I also saw, for the first time in Canada, triple packs # 5 and #6. One has Eruptor, Stealth Elf and Terrafin while the other has Prism Break, Lightning Rod and Drill Sergeant. There was one of each left after I bought one of each.

Someone called there looking for Ninjini while I was cashing out. They didn't have any but Costco still has them in the boxes under the display.

Just came from the Whitby Target. Nothing exciting, but the employee I spoke with said they will be getting Jade Flashwing and other US Target exclusives. She had no date for me, but seemed to know what I was talking about.
