No. I hate my gitd fright rider's so dumb.

If you notice, they actually have two resting points for the pegs. I guess it is for some standard they have there and it supports two different styles.

I think the biggest problem with the holes on Skylanders is they practically cut the whole face off the artwork of a lot of figures. It would bother me if my son didn't rip them open 0.000045 seconds after he gets a new one. My wife is cool with the collecting, packaged ones would never fly in my house. Choosing the movie posters framed in my man room is about the extent of decorating I am allowed

With the exception of GITD Fright Rider the AU ones are the same as the US releases.

Wife thinks im crazy for now collecting closed ones, my answer to that was. "If our son wants to play when hes older and loses them then he has them"

I actually kind of like them, but they're the reason why I don't want to import any 'lander. I mean, I don't keep them sealed but I do keep the boxes for some inexplicable reason lol.

Probably the exact same inexplicable reason I do, LMAO! I still have my SSA boxes lying around.

since the peg is just on the backing cardboard which gets thrown out after opening the toy I fail to have a problem with them. It's like complaining about the shape of a milk carton

the simple answer is that a lot of the slatted wall displays use this type of double hook ...

OMG I have all the boxes too!! From both S:SA and Giants and the console game boxes... I actually put them all together last weekend and realized how much space that garbage takes up and I'm debating about tossing it all, or possibly keeping the cardboard artwork and tossing all the plastic bubbles... still debating about it... meanwhile the huge box of opened 'landers packaging sits in the corner like an eyesore...!! LOL Why do we still have these???

I understand this.....I'm a woman, and a soon to be wife...so im just going to ignore another comment i saw here. But My fiance and I love games and collecting, so our condo was gaming posters and toys every where. But for adults, who have other adults over...it's kind of childish per say. I mean right now i love that stuff every where, but at the same time its nice to have a house look like a house. and the packaged skylanders take up a lot of room. so i cant blame her for that if space is limited. Anyways, I take attacks against women very personally so ill stop.

I don't keep the boxes, but they do take up a lot of room in the garbage. I always end up taking the boxes to work and throwing them out there because we have so many extra trash cans at work.

What's the difference?I live in Europe and I notice no differences between the two.

And you should take this personally, it is unacceptable. I took the comment as pure trolling/trying to be funny, but I found it insulting as well. My wife loves to decorate and I respect that. She wants the house to look nice. My theater/gaming/man room is obviously not going to be as made up as the living room, but we still prefer it to have some class. It is less of a space issue and more of a "it just doesn't go well" thing. I have some "classic" toys around the room (Atari Joystick/tabletop skee-ball set/etc) and framed movie posters for classic/favorite movies. All of my games and stuff are in the double closet in the room on shelves I built. The game systems are enclosed in a short entertainment center with a 60" flat panel on the wall above them. Packaged figures on the wall honestly would look really out of place.
