2.the items.
3. the areans they open up in battle mode.

completely agree they should have made a bunch of new adventure packs so hands down adventure packs win dude

I doubt anyone prefers battle packs to adventure packs, they were basically a way to make you pay more for 2 skylanders than you'd normally..

adventure packs ofcoz, you get a new level to play and new figurines to boot... battle packs just figurines and an idiotic cannon or sumthing........... not much you really can do with that, replay same level for the 100th time with a new figurine, no thanks....

Yeah, Adventure pack for the win. Battle packs are ok i guess, i mean i would never turn down a new battle arena, but thats just it! Adventure packs give you a new level AND a new arena, kinda making the battle packs redundant. Plus, Adventure packs give you two extra trinket-power-up-thingies as opposed to one.

If someone ever made Skylanders into a MOBA, I'd be ok with that.

I hate them both. The levels are overpriced and short on content, but the arena pieces are useless outside of multiplayer.

i like adventure packs too because they have lots more items and unlocks a level but battle packs have 2 skylanders which is cool.
