I got a very similar Spyro one at Walmart for $7. It was on sale, but the regular price was still cheaper than the ones at TRU.

I almost picked up one of those last weekend until I found out that they were serious about the $24.99/ea pricing. I may love Skylanders, but I'm not crazy. Just another sign of TRU trying to do everything they can to pick fans' pockets.

That seems to be the game for TRU. Over priced on almost everything. I never go their unless I know I can get a skylander at TRU and only TRU. That is why my last figure will probably be purchased from TRU when LLC Chill hits the shelves. Even their packs of skylander trading cards are 2.99 when you can get them at Wal-Mart for 1.98.

As posted in the Spyro throw thread, TRU's Spyro is slightly different in that he has a tail club and some other minor changes. Is that worth spending a whopping $15 more than Walmart's one? Not in my opinion.
They are either in the Skylander section or in the "character blanket" area for combination Toys/Babies R Us stores (I don't know if standalone BRUs, if they even exist anymore, have these). So if you see only one character, try looking in another department.

@Kevinvert: It's attached with those little plastic...uh...hanger..thingies. I think they're called tagging barbs. Anyways you simply snip them off with scissors.

Cute little thing from the looks of it. Hopefully other stores have them because $15 is a bit outrageous for a plush and throw honestly. The Spyro one they had at Walmart is god tier though in softness.

Finally saw these for the first time today. Looks like they've been bumped up to a whopping $25 price tag. That's absolutely outrageous.

Nope. I assume it should be, but as far as I could see they had the bogo 40/50% off things on the figure pegs only.
