Rite all, i can get molten hotdog for a very good price from america( i am uk)
Do all figures from any country work on all portals or would i have to wait and get uk release?

Yes they do...and it's quite unlikely he will get a UK release...but he might...

Thank you for being a portal master! All Skylander figures are compatible across all platforms. However, the portal of power may not work with all platforms. So please don't wait, Skylanders are waiting for you.

International compatibility differences boil down to electical and video. So a North American game system won't work for both reasons, the electrical plug won't fit into the wall and the video standard is wrong to connect to a TV (though I'm not sure about HDMI, that's probably international). As far as I know, game systems are designed to compensate, you can just get the local version of the electrical and video cables and it would work just fine.

But Skylander characters use neither. They don't plug into the wall, nor the TV. So any North American figure should work just fine, just as much as a local figure.

I myself are counting on this for the Scarlet Ninjini I ordered from German Amazon. smilie

you may want to check Gamestop in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland for Molten Hot Dog. He just went on sale there as a Nordic exclusive. shipping from Scandinavia or Iceland is bound to be less than from the U.S.

Im glad im in the USA. looks like it saves me time in the long run. only variants i got are molten hot dog and glow in the dark sonic boom though.

The green one is Jade Flashwing, yeah. I have normal Flashwing, she's mostly white with purple wings.
