So I JUST got Ninjini today. So i put her on the portal she worked..for a minute then she didnt work. Ive tried turning it off and back on.(Didnt work) Any Suggestions?

We are assuming other characters get noticed fine by the portal. If so, it's time to open an incident with Activision and get a replacement. This is assuming a reset doesn't work.

I would try and reset her first. My sonic boom did that and I reset her and she works fine now.

I have about 135 figures, and never had this issue...but my Ninjini did the same thing last week. In fact it happened twice. I reset it with my 3DS. I went ahead and purchased another one to be safe, and she has working fine thus far.

Well the problem is she is not able to be read on the portal so how do I reset her?

Put her on the portal and goe into settings, click "fix broken figure", if that doesn't work send her to Activision Support

Okay, when I put her on the portal it says "Player 1 please put a skylander on the portal of power".

So again how do I go to settings then?

It dosent say that it has a problem. It says please put a skylander on the portal of power.

Does it work fine when you put other figures on it? If so, Call Activision or file a claim online.

Nothing. I waited a day and then she came back.


I've never heard of a technical problem solved by waiting...but ok. Maybe a hardware glitched fixed by restarting the system...
