Any "friends" that I make on the internet, I never really class them as friends, more like people who I can associate myself with. You can't exactly be friends with someone who you really don't know about.

You can build a strong bond, but I don't believe that you can class them as an actual friend if you haven't had the experience of meeting them in real life.

Wel, if they have been gone for a while or son't post much you can just use a shortcut to your contacts to get to your friend.

I'm sorry if this hurts you, or anyone else who I've contacted recently, but none of you are actually my friends, you're more like acquaintances to me, I really hope you don't take it in a bad way, as I don't mean it like that. I'm not saying that I don't like any of you, I do like people on here. Here's another way of explaining it, if you just talk to a random stranger down the street, at first you wouldn't say that they're your friend, but if you just happen to bump into them every so often, and chat about random stuff, it's more like an acquaintance, and only when you go to get to know them more, that's when they eventually become your friend, that's how I see it. I don't have friends in real life locally, it's a very long story to explain why.

Lol, never mind, and anyway, I guess I could be wrong about the whole thing, no one is perfect, right? I just dislike it when people shove it in your face and tell you that it's a family, and you have friends on the internet, they just come across to me as a little bit ignorant, and butthurt when they do that. I wouldn't mind if people actually took their time to explain it, but they don't, and just act like you're the one doing the wrong when you're not.
