List of all Giants Figures? [CLOSED]

So I've been a bit out of the loop on all the Giants figures as it got WAY too confusing - series 2, light core, new figures, new light cores, legendaries, lightcore legendaries, etc. I just finally got the 8th Giant and I'm trying to wrap my head around what all standard sized figures are out there.

Is there a comprehensive list of all the figures out and announced? I have NO intention of buying all of them, and in fact may sell of everything I have that isn't a unique character but I can't for the life of me figure out what all exists.

My apologies if this has been asked, but Jeezus Activision, way to confuse the crap out of people.

It's not very confusing, just go to www.skylanders.com and you'll find all there

If you're referring to this page:
http://www.skylanders.com/giants/showcase

That doesn't begin to list all the crazy store exclusives or variants. Just off the top of my head, it's missing all the Legendaries, Molten Hot Dog, Jade Flashwing, Scarlet Ninjini, Punch Pop Fizz, etc.

So yes, it is confusing.

Also, the Lightcore new figures are better than their non-lightcore versions, but the series 2 reposes are better than their lightcore counterparts, right?

Lightcore Jet-Vac is better than regular Jet-Vac, but Series 2 Prism Break is better than Lightcore Prism Break, right?

Achilles let me try and explain this..

Series 2 are your reposes. Zook, Lightning Rod, Prism Break. They come in game with a wow pow power. Kind of like another Soul Gem.

Lightcores can be either reposes (with no Wow Pow) or new figures. They have a Bomb effect when you place the first one on the portal in a world.

Legendaries are the same as the first game... Different color slightly higher Stats.

So your post about Lightcore Jet-Vac being better than Jet-Vac is right. If only for the light core bomb. However, S2 Prism Break is better than Light Core Prism Break.

Thanks for the explanation. That's what I was afraid of. The thing that REALLY bothers me about this game is that the only way to unlock the soul gems for the characters from SSA is to have the series 2 versions of the characters (totally garbage decision in my opinion.) So the only way to fully upgrade your new characters is to buy all the series 2 reposes. I'm half tempted to just say "screw it" and get rid of all the series 2 reposes I have accumulated (through no choice of my own) and just get the brand new characters (lightcore where applicable) and the giants. Although for a while there, I was buying the series 2 figures, activating them in my game through the packaging and then returning them. I suppose I could slowly do that again... it's just so much to keep track of!

Yea, sorry, Heroic Challenges - it's been a while since I've played - I was waiting for all the freakin' figures to come out before I actually dove in whole-hog.

Dark has just what you need in the Packs section of the main site

That listing will have everything that's currently been released and all the exclusives. If you're looking for anything further than that, we really don' t know when other things are gonna be released.

Currently, I believe all that's left is:
Scarlet Ninjini
Polar Whirlwind

S2 Drobot
LC Hex

And the Giants sidekicks.

Thanks spyroflame0487, that actually helps quite a bit. I still think the number of figures for Giants is completely ridiculous though. They should have skipped the reposes and just reissued the old SSA figures for those who missed them the first time around - would have been much less confusing and much easier on the pocketbook.

We are missing Regular Lightcore Chill and Lightcore Pop Fizz also. Those are soon to be released however.
